We charge a delivery fee based on the destination country as outlined below:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): A delivery fee of 20 AED applies to all orders. We offer free shipping for orders above 200 AED. An additional 10 AED fee applies for cash on delivery orders.
  • Oman: 70 AED
  • Saudi Arabia: 65 AED
  • Qatar: 150 AED
  • Bahrain: 65 AED
  • Egypt: 285 AED
  • Kuwait: 75 AED

International Orders

What is your return policy?

UAE Orders:

  • We offer free delivery for orders above 200 AED within the UAE.
  • A shipping charge of 20 AED applies to orders below 200 AED.
  • Orders are processed during business hours (9 am - 6 pm) and on weekdays excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
  • A re-delivery charge may apply if the order is not accepted on the scheduled date.

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping costs are reflected in your shopping cart and at checkout.
  • We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and within the time-frame promised by our customer care team or displayed on the website.
  • Each order can only be shipped to a single address. For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We typically ship orders within 3 working days, but heavy demand may extend this to 5 or more working days.
  • Reputed courier agencies ensure fast and secure delivery.
  • In rare cases, separate shipments for different items within the same order may be necessary due to product characteristics or availability.
  • If you receive a damaged product or tampered packaging, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@bellissimoperfumes.com with your order reference number. We will arrange a prompt replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Orders (Within UAE):

We understand the need to return or exchange items occasionally. Unopened and non-defective merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the order date. Unfortunately, opened or defective items cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Customers are welcome to exchange unopened and non-defective items. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and the shipping costs of the new item. Additionally, a separate order needs to be placed for the exchange item.

International Delivery Information:
